Courtney Barrington's journey in plumbing began in the summer of 1993 when he lent a hand to his uncle during a house conversion project. As the years passed, he honed his skills and, in 1996, embarked on an apprenticeship with Paysam LTD, even though the company dissolved before he could complete it.
Undeterred by setbacks, Courtney served as a plumber's assistant until 1998 when he joined Ruggles LTD as a plumber. However, Ruggles LTD met a similar fate and dissolved in 2000. This led Courtney to work on a freelance basis for various contractors, specialising in bathroom and kitchen installations, along with providing maintenance services to a growing number of private residential clients until November 2009.
Further enhancing his skills, Courtney underwent a gas course and then joined DKK Heating and Gas, where he dedicated five years to installing, servicing, and repairing domestic central heating systems and cylinders.
After a friendly departure from DKK in 2014, Courtney continued to collaborate with heating contractors, management companies, and estate agents, offering his expertise on a subcontract basis for installing, repairing, servicing, and consulting on various domestic heating systems and cylinders.
In response to the community's encouragement, Courtney established C X Boiler Tech in January 2017. His mission was to launch a local central heating business that leveraged his proficiency in swift boiler repairs, delivering high-quality work at a reasonable cost. Furthermore, he found it fulfilling to serve the community, as he believed it inspired him to do his best work.
During his extensive tenure in central heating, Courtney has successfully connected with some of London's top engineers, currently overseeing a team of two of them. As a result, C X Boiler Tech now boasts a total of three highly experienced engineers, collectively accumulating over 50 years of expertise.

It's safe to say that there are very few challenges or issues in this trade that we haven't encountered and successfully conquered.
